SHIPPING/DELIVERY POLICY

Please carefully review our Shipping/Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.

  1. When ordering from our marble products, please note that we do not keep stock and only manufacture to order. Once your order is placed, and payment is received, manufacturing will commence. A lead-time of 3-5 days maximum is required before this will be ready for shipping.
  2. All other products in stock can be shipped immediately once order and payment are received.
  3. We use The Courier Guy for all national deliveries within South Africa. Delivery will be done between 3-5 days from dispatch. Outlying areas may take longer. Please consider ay holidays or other force majeure situations that might impact delivery times and extend our average delivery times
  4. For any urgent or overnight deliveries required, please contact us directly for a quote on delivery fees.
  5. It is important and the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address is entered correctly. Please contact us immediately if you believe that you have provided an incorrect shipping address within 12 hours.
  6. We take no responsibility for lost or stolen packages. At the same time, not accepting the purchase is a violation of the agreement and the purchase will not be refunded.
  7. For shipping/delivery out of South Africa, a quotation will need to be obtained subject to the goods ordered.
  8. Please note, we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.
  9. Should we be unable to deliver an item to you, we will contact you directly and immediately refund you.

COLLECTION POLICY

  1. Orders may be collected from our offices at 37 Sim Road, Pomona, Kempton Park, Gauteng and will be subject to pre-payment on-line, alternatively we do also have credit card facilities on hand.
  2. Once we receive your order, we will notify you when it will be ready for collection
  3. Our business hours are Monday to Thursday 08:00 to 16:00 or Fridays 08:00 to 14:00

RETURNS POLICY

  1. In order to be eligible for a refund or exchange, the customer has to contact Marble Art SA (Pty) Ltd via email admin1@marbleartsa.co.za and return the product within 3-5 days after delivery. The product must be sent to the return address that will be provided and a tracking number supplied once done. If the product is returned to a different address than that which was indicated, the customer will not be eligible for a refund.
  2. Notification of the return of goods must be made within 24 hours from receipt of the product/s and the reason for the return of the item. The customer must provide us with some photos of the product and explain why they want to return or exchange the item/s.
  3. All shipping costs regarding returns, refunds or exchanges are the sole responsibility of the customer. The customer will be responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  4. The customer must consider a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. It is totally the responsibility of the customer to return the product with a reliable shipping company to ensure the item is received for a refund or exchange.
  5. Our marble products are made to order, therefor we do not except any returns on these products unless they have been damaged due to neglect or breakages due to shipping. Exchange on marble products will require 2-3 working days from date of return.
  6. Stock products may be returned and will be subject to inspection. Should there be any damages to these products, we will not replace or refund the cost of the product. Products must be returned in the same brand-new state and original packaging as it was supplied. In case of damaged goods, we require the product to be returned in original and same unused condition.
  7. The Company, on agreement with the customer, will refund the customer in the same payment method that it was purchased.
  8. There are no refunds on reduced priced goods.
  9. Cancellation of order : the customer has the right to cancel the order within 12 hours if the order was not shipped prior to the cancellation made. The customer has to keep in mind that all orders are processed as quickly as possible so cancellations are time-sensitive.
  10. The Terms & Conditions of our Returns policy prevail in the case of miscommunication.
